Our philosophy
Investing time and resources in any form of advanced technology through the development of innovative paths, especially using all means of electronic transmission of information and paper documents in real time and trying, as far as possible, to dialogue with the customer online or on specific IT platforms. This allows you to maximize your processes and minimize the time taken to transmit information flows.
Our history
The studio was founded in Bologna in the early 80s by Sergio Schiavoni with the help of his father Giuseppe. In 1983 he inaugurated the current office in Viale Carlo Pepoli 20 in Bologna, where he started his activity as an accountant for companies and freelancers. In January 2020 Sergio Schiavoni reached 40 years of uninterrupted activity. Over the years, several employees have chosen to pursue a professional career as accountants, starting their activities at the firm, creating a team of highly qualified professionals. Among these, in particular, Gianluigi Verni and Angelo Barone remained faithful and chose to associate themselves with the studio. After having carried out professional activities in individual form, they founded, in January 2005 and together with Sergio Schiavoni, the existing SVB association. In January 2021 Matteo Avallone joined the company. All four shareholders are auditors. Since 1992 the firm has signed a partnership agreement with Studio Legale Vanni (legal area) and with Cattelan Verni Mallano (tax litigation area), both based in Bologna.
Our approach
Through the creation of a “business office”, the firm offers professionalism in several fields by integrating its activity with the one carried out by the two partner firms, with which it works permanently. The offer is completed by the specific professionalism of the various legal divisions and tax litigation, in order to provide a complete service.
